Occasionally I will get on here and read the reviews, to my disappointment I saw a negative review that was to me out of character for this park. I will say I still see Danielle and Jeff work tiredlessly to still achieve a beautiful park. Unfortunately, I think sometimes when people move in here they don't read their contract or just maybe think it doesn't apply to them. Everywhere you go to live there are rules and regulations to abide by, I don't feel that Oak Grove Mobile Home Park ask really to much, keeping a nice yard so the parks overall view is beautiful should be something all of the tenants want. My point being Danielle and Jeff have from the moment they took over caring for this park turned it around to be a beautiful, family friendly, safe park. Everyone should take pride in knowing they have two people wanting what all of us want, which is beauty surrounding our homes. Jeff and Danielle do a wonderful job managing Oak Grove Mobile Home Park. They genuinely care about the community and work hard to keep the park clean, quiet, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in creating a peaceful place for residents to call home. We had an outstanding experience working with the management at this mobile home park. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and truly understand our client's unique circumstances instead of treating us like just another application. Our client faced significant barriers to obtaining permanent housing, but the park manager Danielle and Jeff remained patient, encouraging, and committed throughout the entire application process. They went above and beyond to help ensure everything was completed correctly and communicated with us every step of the way. Because of their dedication my client was able to secure permanent housing—an outcome that will have a lasting positive impact on her life.
