Occasionally I will get on here and read the reviews, to my disappointment I saw a negative review that was to me out of character for this park. I will say I still see Danielle and Jeff work tiredlessly to still achieve a beautiful park. Unfortunately, I think sometimes when people move in here they don't read their contract or just maybe think it doesn't apply to them. Everywhere you go to live there are rules and regulations to abide by, I don't feel that Oak Grove Mobile Home Park ask really to much, keeping a nice yard so the parks overall view is beautiful should be something all of the tenants want. My point being Danielle and Jeff have from the moment they took over caring for this park turned it around to be a beautiful, family friendly, safe park. Everyone should take pride in knowing they have two people wanting what all of us want, which is beauty surrounding our homes. Jeff and Danielle do a wonderful job managing Oak Grove Mobile Home Park. They genuinely care about the community and work hard to keep the park clean, quiet, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in creating a peaceful place for residents to call home. We had an outstanding experience working with the management at this mobile home park. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and truly understand our client's unique circumstances instead of treating us like just another application. Our client faced significant barriers to obtaining permanent housing, but the park manager Danielle and Jeff remained patient, encouraging, and committed throughout the entire application process. They went above and beyond to help ensure everything was completed correctly and communicated with us every step of the way. Hello my son and I bought a home in the park about a year ago and I am sorry for not posting sooner. Jeff and Danelle are amazing people and today was one of those amazing days I need help with the sale of my rig and a guy was coming to look at it and I asked Jeff if he could just be there when he shows up well in the mean time he (Jeff) figured it out got if fixed and runs great now. All through that house there were only creaking floors and dim shadows. We tried to help family and nearly lost ourselves in the process. On Christmas Eve, in the dark and biting cold, we fled—driving from one edge of the country to the other. We arrived wet, beaten, and broken. Sleep deprived. Bruised from head to toe in ways both visible and unseen. And somehow, in that condition, we found our way to a small hamlet called Oak Grove Mobile Home Park. What we found there was not just housing. It was refuge. The managers and staff met us with something we hadn’t felt in a long time—kindness without hesitation, empathy without suspicion, courage in action. This is more than a review of a mobile home park or of Monte Cristo Communities. Yes, the company is strong. But communities are not built by logos. They are built by the people with boots on the ground—the steady hands and steady hearts who show up every day. Danielle and Jeff are those people. They made promises when I was too raw to believe in promises. I nodded politely, guarded and unsure. And now, a year later, I can say this plainly: every word they spoke proved true. This community is quiet. It is steady. When Redding flooded, we did not. When others lost power, we did not. When smoke filled the air elsewhere, it barely touched us here. The utilities held. The systems worked. The leadership was prepared. They will never fully know what they gave us. They gave us safety. Stability. A place to exhale. Oak Grove Mobile Home Park is an amazing place to be. I lived there for 15 yrs, the park has never looked better‼️ Both Danielle and Jeff were always helpful and available. Special thanks to Danielle for making my move stress free She was awesome and efficient  getting all the necessary paperwork ready for me to sign and making things easy for me. Thank you. Danielle and Jeff make the extra effort to make your move-in as effortless as possible.  They keep the park clean, tidy, and secure.  Both are always available to answer a question or lend a hand.    Their personalities are reflected in the peaceful atmosphere and friendly residents. Update: After six months, it is time to move on.  Danielle and Jeff have been consistently great at keeping things running perfectly, hosting a delightful back to school party for the kids and a halloween party too. This has become a great place to live since I first moved in almost 6 years ago it was bad now with new owners and great onsite managers it's somewhere I can let my kids go play outside at Jeff and Danielle are awesome! The bike and school supply give away they all did was so awesome and kind of them my kids loved it and we are all greatful to have such awesome managers who care about their tenants in more than just a job way!

Again Monte Cristo/Oak Grove Mobile Home Park out did themselves again, I want to give a big thank you to Danielle, Jeff, Hillary, and Monte Cristo for the kindness, and showing they care for the families in this park. Each child in the park received a bike, helmet and school backpacks with supplies for school. I really don't know of any other community management team and corporate team that would go out of their way to make families feel like we all are one family together. It touches your heart in a way that makes you thank God that you are lucky to know such wonderful people that put it all together. Thank you to all of you for brightening my 3 grandsons hearts with a kind gift that was just out of the kindness of your hearts. Each day I still see improvements going on, it is amazing to watch the transformation from when Monte Cristo took over, it is just beautiful to see, and as always Danielle and Jeff are just the best management team that any park could have, they never pass anyone without a hello, how are you doing etc, couldn't ask for a better team. They truly do put their heart and soul into everything they do to make this community a family park that is safe and clean, and always doing some sort of improvement, and as they do their daily busy day they never pass anyone without a smile and truly showing how much they appreciate each and every tenant.

Danielle and Jeff are absolutely amazing people who really work hard to get you in. They are making this community a safe, beautiful, and livable place. The homes are the perfect coziness you need in your lives, it’s quiet, and close to trails for those nice walks. My partner and I have no complaints and can’t wait to raise a family here. Everything I wanted in a home, we got it!
