Monthly Rates and Security Deposit
Rates are based upon 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 2 vehicles (space permitting) and 2 pets. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. All RVs must be in excellent condition. Please send pictures of all sides to oakgrove@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Site Rent – $595 per month, utilities included -sewer, trash, water Electricity is metered  and $595 security deposit and application approval prior to move in.

RV Move-in Special:$100 off Your First Three Months.Once promotion has been honored your monthly rate will resume to $595/MO. Call for additional information on this special.

Payments
Online payments (ACH), check or money order with prior approval

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. 30 day notice required, security deposit refunded when notice provided and paid in full.
